About New Life
Our Mission
At New Life, our mission is to empower individuals on their journey to optimal health and wellness. We look to support those entering or in their prime years of life, where optimising their health can increase quality of life and postpone potential health issues.

Our purpose
A significant amount of information online can leave you confused, uninformed and uncertain which can lead to sub optimal health outcomes. We are also aware of the increased stress which comes with surgery and the lack of support that you can feel during that time.

Our purpose is to revolutionize this landscape by providing trusted, evidence-based guidance and personalized support.

My expertise

Nutrition and Exercise
With a deep-rooted passion for nutrition and exercise, I have spent years developing my expertise in understanding the impact of nutrition and exercise on our bodies and minds. In 2018 I qualified as a Sport and Exercise Scientist, after 3 years of study. During this time I developed a passion for food and nutrition, and later qualified with a Master's Degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Coventry University.

Physiotherapy
As a physiotherapy technician, I have spent the last 5 years developing my skillset and clinical experience working with those pre and post joint surgery. My time working in physiotherapy has allowed me to work with a significant number of patients and see the impact their pre-op health has on their post-op outcomes.
Personal Trainer
I chose to start my personal training journey in 2021, working with clients 50 years and older. For the past two years I have provided personal training support to these individuals mostly in the form of exercise classes.
MHFA
Since 2021 I have also been qualified as a mental health first aider. This course teaches you to identify, understand and help somebody who you think may be experiencing mental health issues. It does not qualify me as a councillor, but somebody to support and empower anyone to find the right help that they might need.
